I should of figured out how to update my windows laptop before judging this app! I've looked this up online and apparently it's fairly common with Windows 10 and is not a new problem. The only solution I could find that works is uninstall, reinstall. An update that fixes this would be nice. Update Yet again I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working. Every couple of weeks this happens and I know I'm not the only one. From a quick internet search it's apparent this has been a problem for while.
Please try and fix this Update Happened again, the solution is to never close the app. But if you restart your computer and it closes Kind of getting tired of this. I can't even use it as a watch because I lose 5 minutes every 15 minutes. I have called customer support several times to help resolve but without any result. Sad thing is I waited a long time to afford this charge 3 and I might as well have thrown my money in the toilet.
